JJ Amaworo Wilson JJ Amaworo Wilson grew up in the UK and has lived and worked in Egypt, Lesotho (where he ran a student theatre), Colombia, and Italy, mainly teaching English. He co-wrote Language to Go, Upper Intermediate (Longman, 2002), a global English-language course book. His short fiction is published in a number of anthologies and periodicals including The Frogmore Papers (The Frogmore Press, 1998), Afrobeat (Pulp Faction, 1999), main street journal (msj, 2000), IC3 The Penguin Book of New Black Writing in Britain (Penguin, 2000) and territories (Jack Black Publishing, 2001). His latest book, WorldView, for students of English, will be published by Longman in 2004. As well as writing, since moving to Italy in 2002 he has lectured on language and literature in Portugal, Italy, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Poland and Prague. |
