 | Romesh Gunesekera Born in 1954 in Colombo, Sri Lanka, Romesh Gunesekera has lived in England since 1971. His first three books, Monkfish Moon, Reef and The Sandglass, were published by Granta in the nineties. His first novel, Reef, won the 1995 Yorkshire Post Best First Work Award and made the shortlists for both the Booker Prize for Fiction and the Guardian Fiction Prize. His novel, Heaven’s Edge, was published by Bloomsbury in 2002. |
